LSH Auto is looking for a dedicated and organised Car Park Coordinator to join our team at our dealership in Birmingham. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the car park operations to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of vehicles, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring parking availability, coordinating vehicle movements, and providing assistance to customers.
Hours - 40
Salary - £28,571
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day operations of the car park
2. Ensure proper allocation of parking spaces and monitor vehicle flow in the area
3. Assist customers with parking enquiries and directions
4. Coordinate with the service and sales teams to support vehicle movements
5. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the car park area
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a customer service or coordinator role
2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
4. A proactive approach to problem-solving
5. A valid driver's license is essential
