We are recruiting a Contract Administrator to join our growing team in Coventry!
The Role:
1. Ensure QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available using CBRE systems eLogbooks, Hazard Reports, training & competency records, PPE, toolbox talks.
2. Manage CAFM system as key user on site including PPM records, reactives and reporting.
3. Issuing PO numbers & invoices.
4. Review Subcontractor performance and feedback through appropriate systems (e.g. Ariba).
5. Actively identify/implement innovation across the contract to enhance performance and continue to meet client expectations.
6. Collate and process timesheets and expenses weekly.
7. Communicate effectively and build/maintain relationships at all levels with internal and external customers.
8. Plan and arrange call outs, maintenance visits, delivery of materials, Extra Works within contracted SLAs.
