This is a fantastic opportunity to begin a career in Admin, or expand on your existing skills Salary This position is full time, working 37.5 hours per week and you’ll receive an annual salary of £24,924 - £27,582 per annum - depending on experience. Hours For this full time role, you will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts are 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Thursday, and 07:30 - 15:30 on a Friday. How will we support you? What you'll be doing As our new Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Carry out admin duties all healthcare pathways (primary care, mental health and substance misuse), with a focus on Patient Engagement Work closely with the Patient Engagement Lead, attending prisoner meetings and assit with prisoner feedback, complaints etc Dealing with patients, healthcare colleagues and other professionals over the phone, face to face and via email, delivering a high level service at all times Provide a high quality admin service to the healthcare team Coordinate clinics and chase referrals and hospital appointments (internal and external) Attend meetings and take minutes as required If you are interested in career development, we have a wide range of opportunities for you to develop your skills and experience, which include both internal and external options for development and learning.
