Lead IT Project Manager Bellrock Group are searching for a Lead IT Project Manager. Reporting into the Head of IT Delivery, you will be responsible for m anagement of the projects office team, ensuring objectives are being met and duties are being undertaken in line with the Head of IT Delivery standards. In addition, you will support the management of the delivery of Bellrock s IT Portfolio of projects to the required scope and quality, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate and QA s project management deliverables ensuring they are fit for purpose and delivered to defined standards. Mentors and manages Projects Office team, extending their knowledge, planning their development, steering their professional interactions, ensuring objectives are being met and duties are being undertaken in line with standards defined. Encourages and facilitates open communication and shares knowledge willingly. Responsible for project managing major changes within the Bellrock Group, working with all stakeholders and resources to deliver the objectives to time, cost and scope Design and create realistic project plans to ensure that work packages are clearly defined, costed, and resourced and that risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions are clearly understood and managed. Responsible for overall project progress initiating corrective action where necessary Provide regular and accurate project status updates to senior management and other stakeholders. Manage, motivate and develop project team members, to expedite project delivery; communicate the team's aims and objectives; and encourage continuous feedback and collaboration. Deputise for the Head of IT Delivery when required Skills & experience: Recognised project management qualification and accreditation such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, PMI, APMP or Agile. The ability to establish, implement and manage processes and procedures covering configuration management, including Change Control, Risk & Issues Management, Documentation Management and Product Assurance. The ability to establish and implement a team culture within their assigned project. Experience of line management and development of a team of project managers in delivering their agreed goals.
