There are two contract options for the Waking Night Shift position.
Hours and shifts can be discussed at interview if candidates have any specific requirements or preferences.
Option 1:
Shifts made on a 4-on-4-off basis.
Monthly hours will vary from a minimum 120 hours (32 hours per week) up to a maximum of 192 hours (48 hours per week).
Option 2:
3 days a week on a set day basis - some flexibility is required to cover for holidays but a month's notice will be given if this is the case.
Monthly hours will vary from a minimum 90 hours (24 hours per week) up to a maximum of 144 hours (36 hours per week)
Shifts for this position can start as early as 9pm and finish as late as 9am.
Shifts usually vary between 8 hour, 10 hour and 12 hour shifts.
Client has complex care needs. The client has a tracheostomy and uses a ventilator. Previous experience and knowledge would be ideal but not essential as all training will be provided on site.
Looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is reliable, confident and can aid the client living independently.
The client enjoys TV, films, music and football and is looking for someone with similar interests to add to existing staff.
