What will the role look like? Working the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from qualifying candidates, to taking job specs, to managing offers. Creating a strong candidate network, identifying the top talent across Europe and understanding their drivers/requirements. Building long-term partnerships with clients in order to generate current and future vacancies. Utilising social media platforms like LinkedIn to enhance your brand presence and build your network.
