Role: Assistant SPC Manager for Capital Variations or Service Variations and Performance
Location: Norwich
Salary: £50K + 10% Bonus + Car + 10% Pension
The Role: We require people to take care of Capital Variations or Service Variations and Performance for a large PFI contract in the Healthcare / Hospital Sector.
You: We seek people with a similar FM / Construction background with excellent project and organisational abilities, as well as experience working on PFI Projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Support the completion of the services team under operation management contracts and management of variations.
2. Implement Quality Assurance and Quality Control programmes in relation to service providers.
3. Prepare statutory reports, returns, statistics, and financial information in line with applicable law and in accordance with operation management contracts and internal policies and procedures.
4. Adhere to and assist in the development of financial and operational policies.
5. Assist the SPC Manager to monitor all third-party service providers to each SPC operating company in respect of performance and availability, including a project compliance review.
