CV Screen is recruiting for a IT Support Technician to join a fantastic school based in West London. You will be joining a talented bunch of people who are committed to providing exceptional IT Support.


WHO WOULD THIS ROLE SUIT:

As the ICT Technician, you should be a confident individual, prepared to take ownership of the role, with outstanding organisation and communication skills. You must have previous experience within a School / Educational setting. They are looking for someone with a can do highly cooperative attitude to help deliver on site and deskside support to end users.


DUTIES INCLUDE:

* Use the MSP online service desk to manage and resolve issues.
* Providing support to staff and pupils in any ICT issues.
* Monitor all IT Services
* Make sure all IT services in kept in good working order.
* You will give support with new/upgraded systems.


REQUIRED SKILLS:

* You should be open and flexible with working hours.
* You should have experience working with internet, firewall and filtering systems.
* You must have experience with working in a school.
* You will be required to take part in a DBS check.
