Duties
* Booking jobs onto the system, ensuring all necessary details are recorded accurately
* Overseeing and responding to the shared mailbox
* Arranging hire equipment and coordinating logistics for jobs
* Planning the schedule for electricians, optimising efficiency and minimising downtime
* Updating clients on the progress of works, maintaining clear and effective communication
* Sending completed paperwork to clients
* Raising and sending invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Ensuring all SLA's set by the client are met
* Ensuring compliance is up to date and accurate
* Dealing with enquiries and queries promptly and professionally
* Liaising with clients via email and phone, providing outstanding customer service
* Ordering materials and parts for each job, ensuring availability and timely delivery
* Working collaboratively with the team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results

* Proven experience in a similar administrative role
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Ability to work well within a team
* Confident and proactive
