Key Responsibilities To create and implement a best-in-class and award-winning guest experience. Maintaining cleanliness:Operating dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitise dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and kitchen utensils. Ensure that all kitchen equipment, including cooking utensils and trays, is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised. Clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces, countertops and floors. Dispose of kitchen waste, including empty containers, food scraps and trash.
