We’ve proven there’s real demand for our product, we’ve won flagship customers, and we’ve built deep insight into the pain points of our market. Now we’re looking to build on that momentum. This role is about bringing structure, consistency and focus to our sales efforts. You’ll help scale what’s already working — through research, outreach, qualification and early-stage customer engagement.
You’ll be joining at a formative moment, with the opportunity to directly influence how we build our go-to-market machine.
The Role
You’ll work directly with our CEO and shape future commercial directions at RoboK. You’ll own outbound prospecting, lead early conversations, and qualify opportunities with some of the largest port, industrial firms in the UK, Europe and beyond.
This is the perfect role for someone who’s done SDR/BDR work and wants to step up: real ownership, direct customer impact, and a clear path to Commercial Lead.
What You’ll Do
1. Own outreach to a list of target accounts
2. Write sharp, relevant emails that get replies
3. Confidently use the phone for cold outreach
4. Run intro calls with prospects and qualify using MEDDIC or similar frameworks
5. Run high-intent meetings and close deals
6. Track and maintain your pipeline and activities in the CRM
7. Build out playbooks, templates, sequences, and tools
8. Shadow deals and contribute to sales strategy
What You Bring
1. 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, services, or tech)
2. Experience with outbound prospecting and qualification
3. Exposure to sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and SPIN
4. Understanding and managing multi-stakeholder sales process
5. Structured, resourceful, and strong at follow-up
6. Bonus: exposure to logistics, industrial or compliance-led industries
