The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include market research, developing and implementing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Experience in market research and business strategy development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the shading, decorative, and acoustic systems industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel as needed
