Title: Employment Law Fee Earner

Salary: £35,000-£45,000
This firm is seeking a part-time Employment Law Fee Earner to join their team at the Clifton Moor office. The role involves providing practical and reliable advice on a wide range of Employment Law matters, including contracts of employment, discrimination claims, disciplinary and grievance issues, settlement agreements, TUPE guidance, unfair dismissal claims, and Employment Tribunals. Working closely with a Senior Solicitor, you will manage a high-quality caseload and be part of a busy yet supportive team that values client care and collaboration.
Requirements for this role:
To be successful in this role, candidates should have a background in Employment Law, be qualified, and able to hit the ground running. The firm is looking for someone who enjoys being part of a dynamic environment, excels in delivering exceptional client service, and can contribute to business development and marketing initiatives.
