We are currentlyseeking Ministry Coordinator candidates to join our team in supportof the 48th Fighter Wing at RAF Lakenheath. This position will plancoordinate and implement the AMC/Hope Spiritual Fitness Initiativefor the RAF Lakenheath ChaplainCorps.
What you willdo:
* Recruittrain and equip volunteers to serve in the AMC/HOPE. TheAMC/HOPE Coordinator will support other Chapel sponsored events byadvertising and recruiting volunteers as needed. This includesrecruiting and training volunteer leadership through mentorship andleadership training maintaining volunteer records and contact listsensure volunteers sign all required documents such as the VolunteerAgreement and NDA manage volunteer training and report volunteerhours and events to the programmanager.
* Manage thedaytoday operations of the AMC/HOPE Spiritual FitnessInitiative program to include cleanliness maintenancesupplies etc. to support the AMC. In this role you will ensure theAMC atmosphere is spirituallybased alcoholfree relaxing andinclusive ensure the AMC is clean inviting and in good repairensure sufficient supplies are maintained ensure HOPE activitiesare aligned with the Community Action Board and base units developand maintain a handbook to set standards and volunteer requirementsand train unit leadership and community leaders on the capabilitiesroles and responsibilities of HOPEvolunteers.
* Generatepublicity for all HOPE events as approved by the WingChaplain. To do this you will meet weekly with the HOPE ReligiousSupport Team plan and coordinate HOPE events and programs developand budget an annual calendar of events process request forms toschedule the chapel facilities and coordinate publicity in basepublications marquee AF Connectetc.

Whatyou willbring:
* Minimum of2 years working in a ministerialsetting.
* General officeadministrative and clericalskills
* Minimum 2 years experienceand practical experience in Microsoft Officeprograms.
* Ability to constructivelywork well with others in a multifaithenvironment.
* Ability to efficientlyorganize and manage diverse program elements such as personnelbudget recordkeeping.
* Proficient inthe use of social media print and emailmarketing.
* Able to read write andspeak Englishwell

The ability to input, extract and format data fromestablished databases is required. Your education and experience: Acurrent, unrestricted clinical license to practice social work inany of the 50 States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or theU.S. Virgin Islands that allow independent practice withoutclinical supervision 2 years full-time experience in carecoordination, discharge planning or case management in a medicalsetting within the last four years Basic Life Support (BLS),Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal ResuscitationProgram (NRP) by the American Heart Association and/or the RedCross approved training program must be obtained prior to startdate National Agency Check or host nation equivalent
