This is a full-time HR Advisor role at the law firm located on-site in Blackburn.
As an HR Advisor, you will act as a primary point of contact for all HR-related matters in the company, providing advisory services to employees and managers on HR policies and practices.
Your day-to-day tasks will include implementing and managing HR policies, conducting employee relations, managing employee performance, monitoring employee satisfaction, providing support to the recruitment function, and administering various HR programs.
Qualifications
* 1+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in a generalist role
* Experience with HR policies, employment law and HR best practices
* Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritise workload
