As an Early Years Teacher, responsibilities will include: Deliver engaging lessons in line with the Early Years (EYFS) National Curriculum. Implement effective behavioural management strategies to create a positive learning environment. Assess and track pupil progress in Birth to Five education. Work collaboratively with TAs, deploying them effectively to support learning. Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of children in Primary Schools. Provide a safe and nurturing environment to foster early childhood development. Required Skills and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) qualification. Previous UK experience in an Early Years Teacher role. Strong knowledge of the Early Years (EYFS) National Curriculum. Ability to plan and deliver high-quality lessons to Nursery and Reception classes. Confidence in effective behavioural management and inclusive teaching strategies. Experience working in Primary Schools and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
