An exciting job role has recently become available at the Foundation Trust. They are looking for Recovery Workers for their Substance Misuse Team.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will provide support and recovery services to individuals dealing with substance misuse. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized recovery plans, conduct assessments, and create treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. Additionally, you will facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions, monitor and document clients’ progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Offering education and resources to clients and their families about substance misuse and recovery is also a key responsibility. Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations is essential. This position is part of the Foundation Trust’s Substance Misuse Team, presenting an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the community.
Qualifications and Experiences:
Candidates should possess an ONC/NVQ level 3 qualification or be willing to achieve this within 12 months. Experience in a health, social care, or related setting is required. The position offers high rates of pay and ongoing contracts, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
