A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Financial Services Administrator to join our Independent Financial Planning practice based west of Norwich. The successful candidate would be a key member of our team, who work together to provide financial advice to predominantly high net worth clients. Your duties will include: Providing an efficient administration service for Financial Advisers; assisting the Advisers in the procurement and processing of new business and the servicing of existing clients Populating and maintaining client records within our database Producing all the relevant paperwork for the client, on behalf of the Adviser, including client review packs, illustrations and valuations Processing all new business documentation in accordance with the agreed service and quality standards Dealing with basic queries from clients, Advisers or colleagues, taking the appropriate action to ensure the query is dealt with in a timely and effective manner Assisting with the preparation and issue of six-monthly investment portfolio reviews for a suite of in-house model portfolios run on an advisory basis, including monitoring, collating and managing client responses Assisting with the preparation of client suitability reports Delivering excellent client service in accordance with Financial Conduct Authority guidelines, internal policy and procedure and company service standards The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator who will have: Ideally, at least three years’ experience of working in a financial advice firm A good understanding of pension, investment and protection products Experience of using in-house model portfolios run on an advisory basis A good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook Knowledge of Intelliflo Intelligent Office, Elevate and Aviva Platforms preferrable Excellent verbal and written communication skills An excellent telephone manner The ability to complete in depth work to a high standard, with a focus on attention to detail, under their own initiative. The ability to be highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic, with a friendly, outgoing personality and the aptitude to learn new skills quickly. The ability to being a good team player and working within a team environment. The role attracts a salary of £25,000 - £28,000, dependent upon experience, with 25 days holiday per annum, pension, private medical insurance and free parking.
