We are offering this role as full time and permanent, working 39 hours per week. Main duties of the job As a Registered Nursing Associate you will: Manage, plan, implement and review care and support for residents. Maintain a high standard of clinical work when carrying out nursing procedures. Be responsible for the safe custody of medication, including checking and administration. Plan and evaluate residents' individual care plans. Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times. The Registered Nursing Associate will adopt a hands-on approach, working with and the nursing and care and support teams, applying the highest standards of modern and professional practice. Strode Park House is a nineteenth Century Victorian Manor House set in fourteen acres of beautiful grounds in the picturesque village of Herne, Kent. The home is registered for fifty five beds, offering a relaxed homely environment residents whether this is for short or long-term stays.
