We are excited to be looking to recruit two solicitors to join the Corporate & Commercial team. The opportunities are full-time (37.5 hours per week) and office based with some home working options. We are flexible on the office location depending on suitability of the successful candidates.
Corporate & Commercial Lawyer Role:
We are an award-winning Legal 500 top-ranked Corporate & Commercial team looking to appoint lawyers to work with a diverse range of local, regional, national and international clients.
You must be passionate about the quality of advice and service provided, and keen to work within a team that embraces technology.
The role location is flexible, and role is an integral part of the rapidly growing Corporate & Commercial team. You will be working alongside an established and supportive corporate team which collaboratively covers all office locations. The team comprises the full spectrum of experience in terms of years in practice, seniority and sectors.
You will be undertaking a wide range of work across a range of sectors helping clients with a broad variety of corporate transactional matters, reorganisations and commercial matters including terms & conditions other supply & purchasing, distributorship and agency contracts, data protection matters and trading terms of business and e-commerce agreements.
Skills and Experience for Corporate & Commercial Lawyer
The successful candidates will have a strong academic background as well as solid corporate and commercial experience gained whilst working at a reputable firm.
The successful candidate should show initiative but will also need to be a team player. You should be able to demonstrate:
* Clarity of thinking, commercial awareness and the ability to guide clients with your advice, understanding and setting clear targeted outcomes.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* High standard of free drafting ability.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience with Microsoft Office products and the ability to use Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
