About the Department:
The Student Hub team sits within the Registry team which is part of the Directorate of Student and Academic Services (SAS) which has a vision to provide holistic service, support and educative experience to all students from induction leading to successful graduate outcomes.
About the Role:
Under the supervision of the Student Hub Manager, the role holder will provide clear information to all students including both on-campus and distance learning, and reaching fair mitigating circumstances decisions in line with our policies and regulations. They will ensure the team responds promptly and appropriately to all in person, virtual and phone queries from students and guests of the School, signposting effectively to other teams as needed.
You will need to demonstrate:
* Experience of providing an excellent level of customer care in a busy and demanding environment, including managing sensitive or confidential information.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent problem-solving, organisational and time management skills, with evidence of meeting deadlines under pressure and balancing conflicting demands.
* Ability to use IT systems appropriately and accurately.
