Your Responsibilities:
1. Receive and log telephone calls
2. Handle general project administration; creating folders, contract numbers, allocating time to specific projects, etc.
3. Organize documentation and ensure correct filing
4. Keep the smart sheet updated with project information
5. Organize breakfast/lunches for customers
6. Assist customers with various tasks
7. Arrange meetings and manage diaries
Required Skills:
* Experience in a demanding, customer-facing role
* Organized and efficient
* Friendly and approachable attitude
