As an Customer Service Manager your duties will include:
* Calling candidates to discuss potential job opportunities
* Writing and reviewing job adverts
* Performing candidate searches and CV sifting
* Building good candidate relationships
* Assisting with candidate payroll queries
* Liaising directly with the Client, with Daily/Weekly/Monthly updates
* Interviewing and registering candidates
* Ensuing candidates have the correct right to work documents
* Screening and preparing candidates for roles
The Ideal candidate will:
* Are a self-motivated
* Be target focused
* Be confident, ambitious and hard working
* Strong written and verbal English skills
* Have excellent listening skills
* Be very personable and able to build effective working relationships
* Possess strong attention to detail with outstanding telephone manner
* Have good IT skills with regards to Google, Outlook, Word and Excel
