Responsibilities
Conduct detailed surveys and assessments of various assets to evaluate their condition and value.
Analyze data collected during surveys and generate comprehensive reports on asset performance and condition.
Collaborate with project teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for asset optimization.
Maintain up-to-date records and documentation regarding asset conditions, valuations, and compliance.
Assist in the development of asset management policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed.
Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on survey findings and asset evaluations.
Stay current with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices in asset surveying.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an asset surveyor or in a similar role within the asset management sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey findings and recommendations.
Proficiency in data analysis software and tools, as well as asset management systems.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in asset management and surveying.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Day: £28.21
