About the Role:
Management Competency Framework- must include:
Essential
*Ability to assist /support with and maintain appropriate systems to enable effective planning and scheduling.
*Ability to assist in maintaining project controls and in producing project reports through guidance.
*Responsible for project file management using robust version control. Organise key project meetings and provide secretariat support.
*Assist with maintaining the stakeholder log for internal and external stakeholders. Act as the focal point for project responses to external requests for information.
*Assist with the monitor of project spend and contribute to the compilation of budgets. Maintains an accurate asset register for the project.
*Assist with and maintain risk and issue logs, escalating as appropriate.
Qualifications:
*Experience of organising teams, establishing processes and working to deadlines.
*Able to use Microsoft Office tools.
Desirable:
*Project Management knowledge or experience
*Civil Service experience
This role will be situated with the Electronic Monitoring Team) and will support for the following:
Providing secretariat support to the programme including commissioning papers, and minuting meetings
Supporting risk management and reporting processes
Supporting lessons learned activity and facilitation of lessons learned workshops
Supporting on-boarding and off-boarding processes
Information management, knowledge management and management of SharePoint
Mailbox management
Conduct P2P activities ensuring that P2P is complying with the Portfolio Information Management strategy
Administrative support to various work-streams as and when required
Must be competent with the use of Outlook, MS Teams, Word and Excel.
