We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse - Ward 7B who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
Ward 7B is a Urology and Colorectal surgery, busy and fast paced ward with varying patient concerns and illnesses. No two days are the same, which keeps the job interesting.
We are a thirty bedded surgical ward, with opportunities to learn about two very interesting and diverse specialities.

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the care needs of patients from admission (or before) to discharge, with the involvement of patients and their relatives/carers.
To ensure a high standard of nursing care is performed at all times and assists in the review and regular update of these standard in accordance with the NMC code of professional conduct and trust polices
Participate within a team of nurse and support workers in providing continuity of patient care, patients physical, social and psychological needs are met
Participate in internal shift rotation in order to provide 24-hour patient care
Communicate effectively and work in partnership with patients, nursing collages, the Multidisciplinary Team and all other relevant personnel
