The role We have a great opportunity to work in our in-house Legal Services Team in a friendly and supportive environment. You'll be providing high quality legal advice and representation on litigation related matters (particularly regarding housing management matters) to Southern Housing and its group. You'll be conducting routine advice and representation for Litigation, Housing Management and other Legal Disputes for Southern Housing and its group. You'll also be assisting the Litigation Solicitors as required, and helping colleagues in Southern Housing with legal queries about these matters. The location You'll be based at Farringdon, with the option for working in a hybrid way when appropriate and as agreed with your manager. For the first month, you will be required to work in the office 5 days a week. Following that the arrangement will shift to 2 days days working from home and 3 days in the office. What you'll need: Law Degree or a CILEX Level 3 qualification in litigation or equivalent. Recent experience working on litigation and housing management dispute matters for a Housing Association or similar organisation is highly desirable. The ambition to provide a fantastic service as part of the Legal Services Team.
