Working within the New Business Team to provide a first-class level of service to all new and existing Taylor Rose customers, ensuring that all administration for a new client is undertaken to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
1. Taking initial client instructions to be passed to the Case Handler.
2. Generating client care packs tailored to client’s individual needs.
3. Opening new client files.
4. Obtaining client ID & source of funds information.
5. Use of Case Management Systems, Microsoft Word and Excel.
6. Undertaking feedback and follow up phone calls to ensure that service levels are being maintained and the customer is satisfied.
7. Photocopying/ scanning of documents.
8. Data entry in electronic portals during the client introduction process.
9. Arranging client meetings to take initial instructions.
10. Understanding GDPR requirements for dealing with client’s personal information.
11. Working to department targets and KPI’s.
12. Assisting clients with answering questions and guiding them where necessary on how to complete documents.
