We are currently recruiting for Hotel Night Porter to join us at the Alton Towers Resort, the UK's only attraction that specializes in making Britain happy!
First impressions count for a lot, and you’ll be one of the first people some of our guests meet as a night porter at the Alton Towers Resort.
The role is diverse, including cleaning guest and employee restrooms, checking in late arrivals, and efficiently addressing guest queries. You will ensure we meet and exceed all our guests' expectations with the highest level of service.
As a night porter, you could work in any of our amazing accommodations – Alton Towers Hotel, Splash Landings Hotel, CBeebies Land Hotel, Enchanted Village, which also includes the Luxury Treehouses and Stargazing Pods.
Responsibilities include ensuring the hotels are clean and presentable for the next morning. This involves cleaning guest and employee areas such as toilets, hoovering corridors and entertainment spaces, mopping and buffing floors, and attending to guest requests. The nights team is also responsible for the safety of our guests in the event of a fire evacuation.

Pay Range
Compensation between GBP £11.60/Hr. - GBP £12.35/Hr.
