Job Opportunity: FP&A Manager
Our client, a rapidly growing PE-backed business in the Insurance sector, is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager. This role involves financial planning and analysis for their commercial/corporate division. The business has a turnover of £75m, over 500 employees, and is growing at 20% per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
* Align strategy and performance management
* Provide high-quality budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Anaplan implementation
* Business partnering across the commercial division
Experience & Qualifications:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* 3+ years of FP&A experience
* Experience as a Finance Business Partner
* Background in financial services, insurance or other service sector businesses is desirable
* Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential; experience with Anaplan is highly desirable.
