You will execute a robust and engaging internal communications strategy for all Callen-Lenz colleagues and continuously report on its success. Role Responsibilities Drafting and editing communications to support all internal teams Create effective overarching communication plans to support the delivery of our strategic goals. Coordinate with our teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications channels. Use our existing feedback mechanisms to improve our communication solutions. Monitor engagement levels of communicator and identify needs for continued improvement Create meaningful company updates in the form of emails, newsletters, in person meetings or whichever form is identified as most effective and relevant. Support in the planning of internal events Promote company culture and ensure we showcase our values at all times Perform other related duties as required About You Skills: Essential Experience in similar role Knowledge of effective communications practices and channels Confident in Microsoft communication platforms. Ability to communicate complex information effectively. Proven track record of working on a variety of projects, with a range of stakeholders.
