The Role: Our client is looking for inquisitive and detail-oriented Electrical Build Engineers to join their dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will support the next phase of their ambitious project delivery. Your responsibilities will include critically reviewing technical drawings and constructing high-quality, custom electromechanical automation systems, ensuring they meet specifications and adhere to strict safety standards. As an Electrical Build Engineer, you will work closely with various departments and stakeholders, sharing your expertise and providing constructive feedback. Your main objective will be to accurately build and test electrical systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions. This role also involves travelling to client sites for the installation of robotic automation systems across various sectors, including defence. Key Responsibilities: Build and test bespoke electromechanical automation systems Review and interpret technical electrical drawings Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Identify and resolve electrical faults Travel to client sites for system installations About You: HNC in an electrical-focused discipline, electrical apprenticeship, or equivalent experience Strong communication skills in written and verbal English Proficient in reading and understanding technical electrical drawings Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies Proactive problem-solver with a good understanding of industrial systems, particularly safety systems Able to manage workloads and complete tasks independently Full UK driving license Knowledgeable about health and safety practices Willingness and ability to travel as needed Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM Flexible start and finish times available What Our Client Offers: Salary up to £35,000, based on experience Flexible working environment 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Occupational sick pay Company pension scheme Free parking Supportive and friendly work culture Generous overnight allowance
