Currently operating across our markets in London, New York City, Toronto and Houston, our team comprises of numerous top billing consultants backed up by a large research, admin and marketing functions.
Founded 5 years ago, R2R has rapidly grown to over 25 employees situated in the heart of the Baltic Triangle, Liverpool and continues to grow as we embark on our current journey to build out our London Office.
We are now hiring for our Liverpool Office and looking for an ambitious individual to join our hardworking team.
Graduate recruitment scheme overview:
R2R Global has designed an extensive recruitment training program to ensure that graduates master every part of the recruitment lifecycle. From structured group training to on-the-job training, we give our graduates the opportunity and support to learn the basics of recruitment and develop those skills on the sales floor alongside top performers. Followed up monthly by one-to-one training, this program gives you the platform to always keep taking your career to the next level and Be Something More!
Key training phases:
1. Market mapping:
o Learn about the specific market, including clients, candidates and trends
o Use tools like LinkedIn to research and analyse talent pools
o Develop expertise in specific industries, enabling a strong knowledge base for working with high-level candidates and clients
2. Headhunting:
o Actively seeking recruiters in current employment and understanding their means to a move within the industry.
o Learning how to approach warm and cold calls within the recruitment space
o Building relationships with current and new candidates & clients
3. Process Management:
o Develop a deep understanding of client and candidate needs
o Learn to manage recruitment processes from initial conversations through to closing deals
o Build skills in negotiation, relationship management, and delivering on client expectations

Requirements for Successful Applicants:
* Strong Academic Background: A minimum of First Class or Upper Second degree is preferred, along with strong A-Levels (A*-B Grades)
* Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, while not mandatory, would be an advantage and could help transition smoothly into the role.
* Extra-Curricular Achievements: Demonstrated leadership, commitment or excellence in sports or other extra-curricular activities. This shows an ability to thrive in competitive, high-performance environments
* Personal attributes: Ideal candidates will be ambitious, confident, and hard-working. With a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced and target-driven business environment.
