Responsibilities
Respond promptly to referrals, conducting robust assessments of children's needs and risks.
Develop and implement clear and effective plans to ensure children's safety and well-being.
Work in partnership with families, professionals, and agencies to deliver coordinated support.
Prepare high-quality reports for case conferences, court proceedings, and other professional forums.
Ensure statutory duties are met in line with relevant legislation and policies.
Maintain accurate and timely case records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
Requirements
Qualifications: Degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England.
Experience: Proven experience in a Duty & Assessment role or similar, with a strong understanding of child protection, safeguarding, and multi-agency working.
