Position Description: We are looking for a part-time hands-on marketing contractor to join Sayari’s Team. You will be responsible for supporting the events and partnerships element at Sayari. You will handle event logistics and will support multi-channel B2B marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will manage and build relationships with key partners and communities to drive pipeline. An ideal candidate is comfortable with digital events (webinars), trade shows, and conferences. Job Responsibilities: Manage a calendar of digital events, trade shows, and conferences, booking our participation, including booth space, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities Work with vendors to find options, negotiate pricing, and print marketing collateral and swag Manage logistics, such as shipping both and collateral to and from tradeshows and conferences Collaborate with marketing managers to run pre- and post-campaigns pertaining to digital events, trade show, and conferences Organize webinar series with the Content Team and coordinate determine scope with additional teams Build, execute upon, and find potential partnerships aligned with market verticals and determine strategy and ROI Provide support and evaluate partner engagements and determine effectiveness of channels and campaigns Skills & Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in B2B marketing Candidates must be located in London-area with ability to travel up to 25% Candidates will work in London office 1-3 days per week on a hybrid schedule Experience in booking event participation, including booth space, sponsorship opportunities and managing the logistics around creation and shipment of materials needed at the event Microsoft Office suite, Google Docs, Slides, and Spreadsheets Strong analytical thinking Excellent communicator/collaborator across multiple stakeholders, seniority levels and teams Excellent written communications BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or related field $25 - $50 an hour The target salary for this position is $25-50/hour. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, candidate experience and expertise, internal peer equity, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
