Job Overview The purpose of this post is to provide clinical and managerial support in the development, implementation and co-ordination of high quality patient care within the theatre department and associated areas. The post holder will have responsibility for a team, and as a proactive Team Leader - using effective communication skills -to be actively involved in changing care plans and goals according to evaluation and review. Theatre Recovery Experience Essential Main duties of the job Lead a team in Theatres ensuring safe and effective care. Responsible for staff development and effective use of resources.
