Assessor Trainer in Healthcare and Childcare (Bank)

We are looking for an individual with a desire to make a difference in this important sector.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team of Assessor Trainers in our Healthcare & Childcare department.
To support the development of learners’ knowledge, skills and behaviours throughout their programme, applying theoretical and practical learning in practical work environments.
To effectively participate in, and comply with, all administrative aspects of End-point Assessment where required, ensuring the learners’ timely progression through the qualification in partnership with employers, alongside the College Quality Assurance and Evaluation processes.
To verify the quality of assessment decisions and conduct observations by industry sector across the Chichester College Group (the Group) to ensure consistency, taking action to rectify decisions which do not meet national standards.
