Our Rail client is seeking a client-facing Project Manager to join their team on a contract basis (Outside IR35).
You will be expected to manage client expectations in a collaborative and positive way whilst driving company priorities. You should be contractually and commercially astute.
Responsibilities for Project Manager:
1. Plan work activities
2. Attend progress meetings
3. Oversee Quality Assurance in line with the inspection test plan
4. Ensure Commercial Compliance
5. Raise Early Warnings
6. Lead by example and set standards for your fellow team members
7. Promote repeat business by personal contact with key stakeholders, demonstrating high levels of commitment to their requirements
8. Create and communicate delivery plans in accordance with the contractual program
9. Attend Site Visits/inspections
10. Ensure all reporting and KPI deliverables are met to their deadlines
Experience Required for Project Manager:
1. SMSTS
2. IOSH or NEBOSH
3. NVQ Level 4 Construction Site Management – Building and Civil Engineering
4. CSCS (Manager)
5. IEMA Foundation Cert
6. HNC or above in Relevant Engineering Subject
7. Railway Personal Track Safety (PTS)
8. COSS/ES
9. Mental Health First Aider
10. TWC
11. Full Driving Licence
Excellent IT Skills (Intermediate Level):
1. MS Word
