Manpower Engineering is excited to partner with a leading global organisation to help them recruit a Workshop Supervisor to manage their already established team.
As the Workshop Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing the workforce, overseeing performance, and supporting training and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed inspection reports, checklists, and other documentation.
Allocate resources effectively for repair activities.
Manage systems to control time, cost, and quality.
Ensure workshop tools, equipment, and machinery are maintained and fit for purpose.While this is primarily a supervisory role, there may be times when you'll be required to get hands-on during busy periods.
To be considered, you will need:
Supervisory experience, ideally in a service centre or workshop environment.
Strong team leadership and management skills.
In-depth knowledge of compressors and rotating equipment.
Experience in workshop planning and scheduling.
Strong IT skills.This is a temp-to-perm, dayshift position.
