Job summary Position is due to start July 2025 Neonatal Services at ULHT are provided at both Lincoln county Hospital and Pilgrim Hospital, Boston. The Local Neonatal Unit at Lincoln has a cot capacity of 15, providing intensive, high dependency and special care to babies form both Lincolnshire and the surrounding counties. Transitional Care is also provided on the post-natal ward and staff within the service work on both NNU and Transitional Care in accordance with service needs. Main duties of the job The Neonatal service within ULHT is continuing to develop and is part of the East Midlands Neonatal Operational Delivery Network. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Sister that holds a QIS qualification to work as part of the Neonatal Service. The post is currently situated at Lincoln County Hospital but the successful candidate may be required to work at Pilgrim Hospital as required. The Neonatal Service within ULHT is currently working towards Bliss and BFI Accreditation and work in close liaison with the Maternity Transformation Programme as part of the Better Births implementation Staff will be required to work on an internal rotation basis, including weekends and Bank Holidays and be flexible to meet the needs of the service.
