Key Responsibilities:
* Watch Assembly – Assemble watches from our core range with precision, maintaining the highest quality standards.
* Repairs & Servicing – Diagnose and repair watches, including movement servicing, case refinishing, and part replacements.
* Quality Control – Inspect completed watches to ensure they meet our brand’s exacting standards before distribution.
* Component Handling – Work with intricate watch parts, demonstrating care, precision, and expertise.
* Testing & Calibration – Perform functional tests to verify timekeeping accuracy, water resistance, and overall performance.
* Workshop Maintenance – Maintain tools, workstations, and equipment to ensure an efficient and well-organized working environment.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in watch assembly, repair, or a related field (formal training is a plus).
* Exceptional attention to detail and dexterity for handling delicate components.
* Strong understanding of mechanical and quartz watch movements.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues with precision.
* Familiarity with specialized watchmaking tools and equipment.
* A genuine passion for watchmaking and craftsmanship.
