About the Role
This is an exciting position working within the Entertainment Media & Sport Team. A great opportunity for an experienced Client Advisor to develop their skills and broaden their knowledge as part of an expanding team. The focus of this role will be to service and administer new and existing clients across open market, e-traded, and insurer portal products.
About You
* You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the commercial insurance sector across a wide selection of commercial products.
* You will have Cert CII as a minimum.
* You will have experience handling clients with multiple policy portfolios.
* While not essential, previous experience in the Entertainment & Sport sector would be beneficial.
* You will have in-depth knowledge of Property and Liability insurance. A good working knowledge of Professional Indemnity, Management Liability, Motor Trade, Personal Accident, and Motor Fleet risks is also required.
* You will be a confident written and verbal communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence the decision-making of a portfolio of clients and insurers.
* You will have experience working with Microsoft Word/Excel and understand the importance of keeping documentation and systems up to date.
* Preferably, you will have experience working with the Acturis broking system.
* Experience working with invoices and credit is required.
* You will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and understand the importance of providing exemplary customer service.
Key Duties
* Building client and insurer relationships to grow and retain accounts, GWP, and income in line with company objectives.
* Handling new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments with an exceptional level of customer service in line with company standards.
* Checking the accuracy of all documentation issued by insurers.
* Providing support to Account Executives, including the preparation of new business and renewal.
* Cross-selling appropriate cover to existing clients.
* Ensuring all internal systems and documentation are maintained accurately.
* Ensuring timely issuance of invoices and chasing any overdue payments.
* Maintaining a robust diary system.
* In addition to working with clients in the Entertainment/Sport world, also servicing general insurance clients with their commercial insurance requirements.
