Multi-brand Service Advisor
Do you have experience working within a customer focused role in the automotive industry? Looking for a new challenge to excel your skillset, you will join a team of successful Service Advisors running and maintaining the standards of a busy service desk.
Location: Birmingham
Contract type: Permanent
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 7.45am to 5.30 pm and Saturdays on a rota.

Key responsibilities as a Service Advisor:
* Ensure that you maximise all service sales opportunities by using professional selling techniques.
* Record customer requirements and details accurately on our bespoke Company system.
* Record vehicle details and service histories accurately and effectively operate a customer follow up system.
* Ensure that the customer is fully informed of all products and services available.
* Sell additional products, services and repair work in a professional manner.
* Effectively operate a service department loading system.
* Carry out promotional work as directed.
Required skills as a Service Advisor:
* Knowledge and understanding of working within a customer role.
* Passion for the automotive industry.
* IT and computer literate and ability to use various company systems.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Well organised and ability to manage workload.
