Role: Cover Supervisor
Location: Stoke Mandeville (Buckinghamshire)

£100 - £160 per day
Are you passionate about education and enjoy working with young minds? We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals for roles as Cover Supervisors in Stoke Mandeville.
Responsibilities:
Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and engage students in meaningful activities
Manage classroom behaviour and promote a culture of respect and cooperation
Support students with their learning and providing assistance as needed
Liaise with teaching staff to ensure a smooth flow of information and continuity in the learning process
Requirements:
A degree in education or a related field is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow lesson plans and maintain classroom order
Patience and resilience in managing varied classroom situations
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different subject areas and year groups
