Your responsibilities: Adhere to opening and closing procedures to ensure the smooth daily operations within our restaurant. Conduct effective shift briefings to keep the team updated on VIPs, special occasions, and daily goals. Demonstrate exemplary service attributes consistent with industry and company standards. This includes fulfilling guest requests and exceeding expectations, effectively handle and resolve guest complaints, maintaining a high level of menu and service knowledge, and being attentiveness to guest needs. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of health, hygiene, and first aid safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff. Assist with staffing needs by assessing daily and weekly requirements and adjusting schedules as needed. Personal Specification: Essentials Previous experience in a supervisory role within restaurants or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations. Exceptional people skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Desirables Experience with large volume covers. Food Safety Training.
