JGA are currently partnered with a leading accountancy firm in Somerset who are recruiting for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team.
Payroll Assistant Main Duties:
1. Processing payroll for a range of clients.
2. Processing on a weekly, fortnightly, four weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll cycles.
3. Calculating statutory payments.
4. Auto enrolments, pensions assessments, and uploads.
5. Dealing with client queries.
6. Reporting to HMRC on behalf of clients.
Payroll Assistant Requirements:
1. Must have at least 2 years of experience within a payroll environment (in-house or client).
2. Up-to-date knowledge on all areas of payroll, RTI, and HMRC reporting requirements.
3. Excellent communication and organization skills.
4. Computer and Excel skills.
