My client, an international part distribution company, is recruiting for an experienced Divisional Sales Manager to lead their team across the Northeast and Cumbria region. This Area Sales Manager role is an excellent opportunity for you to move into a role of responsibility for several areas at a divisional level and manage a group of employees.
Responsibilities:
1. Inspire and lead a team of 10 Field Sales Consultants across a diverse territory
2. Grow the business and drive revenue through account management, customer retention, and acquisition
3. Hit targets and ensure your team does too
4. Create and deliver a clear business plan
5. Analyse and improve your team's performance
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience in management and sales driving
2. Strong sales skills
3. Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
4. Full UK Driving Licence
5. Excellent IT skills
