The department
Our Residential Property team is dynamic and fast growing with an entrepreneurial flare. We have 65+ team members across 7 offices, with Bristol being the most recent addition. Despite being such a large team, spread across five counties and the capital, we have a unified vision and shared culture which allows our team members to thrive and achieve their goals.
Purpose of job
If you are seeking a new, challenging role with a modern, forward-thinking firm, then this could be the role for you! We are looking for a Paralegal to cover a broad range of work across the Residential Real Estate team contributing in their own right and providing assistance to the entire team and contributing more widely to the team and its growth.
Specifically you will manage a case load of dealing with purchases. You will work on mortgage reports, Help to Buy submissions and registrations, identification and source of funds, title reviews and managing client and developer relationships.
The position will involve work under supervision on a broad range of matters. You will be given early responsibilities with the opportunity to manage your own small caseload, and the chance to get involved in some really exciting and complex transactions!

* To provide support to the fee earner in the team and assist in the work of the department

* Supporting the fee earner and team
* Interacting directly with clients and managing their expectations
* Managing Budgets and Fees

* Provide an efficient and friendly service to clients
The candidate
We are seeking a Paralegal who ideally has gained experience within Residential Real Estate and possibly also with a background in new build, although this is not essential. You will need to have strong attention to detail skills to produce work/documentation which is consistently of a high standard.
You will have a flexible approach to work to ensure client deadlines are always met and clients are communicated with on a consistent and regular basis and an interest in and aptitude for business development.
