Communication Management: Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries efficiently, providing accurate information and directing calls to the appropriate personnel or departments. Appointment Coordination: Assist in scheduling and managing patient appointments, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately recorded and communicated. Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations. Team Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth operations within the maternity department, contributing to a cohesive team environment. Problem Solving: Address patient concerns and queries promptly and professionally, escalating issues as necessary to ensure a high standard of service delivery. Office Management: Maintain an organized reception area, including managing office supplies and ensuring that all materials are readily available for staff and patients. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a receptionist or administrative role. Must have 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English. Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of £11.45.
