A unique opportunity has arisen in the Workforce Directorate for a Medical Workforce Administrator.
Good communication, attention to detail and strong administration skills are essential to this role as are experience of Microsoft Office packages and all aspects of office work.
You will be responsible for supporting the team in the day to day administrator duties required in a busy office environment.

The postholder will be required to support with a full range of administrative and clerical duties in connection with the recruitment life cycle for Trust & Deanery appointed junior doctors.
You will be responsible for updating and maintaining TRAC in relation to the above recruitment vacancies.
You will be required to maintain the generic e-mail in box on a daily basis, responding to all queries and escalated if required.

Support with the interview process by preparing interview papers, setting panels up and booking rooms (if required).
You will be required to review and distribute the post received daily.
You will be required to greet visitors to the department and support with their queries along with the completion of ID checks and starter paperwork for appointed candidates.
You will be required to complete the filing of both electronic and paper records.
Support with the preparation of the quarterly guardian board reports, which summarises all exception reports, work schedule reviews and rota gaps, and provides assurance on compliance with safe working hours.
Support the Guardian (when required) with the administration for the junior doctor forum.
To liaise as appropriate with the Medical Workforce Team for issues relating to working hours and rotas.
